WHAT IS A PRIVATE OFFICE AT SMART EXECUTIVE CENTERS?

It is a workspace within a coworking centre, but with the same privacy as you would have if you were in a separate office. However, you can benefit from the common advantages offered by the business centre and the additional services we offer to our clients. You can add professional services whenever you need them, with total flexibility and the security of having experienced specialists in Andorra. In addition, the private offices are fully approved for the trade registration process.

WHY RENT A PRIVATE OFFICE IN SMART EXECUTIVE CENTERS INSTEAD OF RENTING A CONVENTIONAL OFFICE IN ANDORRA?

The duration of rental contracts for commercial premises in Andorra, according to Law 3/2019, must be at least 4 years. This means that you will be subject to the characteristics of the space without the possibility of increasing or reducing it within the established term. In SMART Executive Centers the minimum contract is 1 year, a prudent time for start-ups, allowing you to adjust the space to your needs and not the other way around. At the end of the contract you will have the flexibility to decide whether to keep the current office or move to a larger or smaller office.

OFFICE FURNITURE AT SMART EXECUTIVE CENTERS

We offer our clients the possibility of renting a private office with basic furniture that will allow you to operate with peace of mind and comfort from the very first day.
The workstation includes:

  • A desk
  • A swivel chair
  • A mobile pedestal (with 3 drawers and key)
  • A wastepaper basket
  • Price per month: 30 € + IGI per workstation

The office is already equipped with an 82 cm x 100 cm cabinet and a coat rack.

Once you have signed the contract you can use your office at any time specified in your contract.
